<br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0. 88-75 <br />BY: COUNCILMAN TALLON <br />AN ORDINANCE CREATING <br />OLMSTED ZONING CODE, <br />DISTRICT," AS AMENDED. <br />NEW CHAPTER 1141 OF THE NORTH <br />ENTITLED "OFFICE BUILDING <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires to create a new zoning district within <br />the North Olmsted Zoning Code in order to promote the development of office <br />buildings and office uses within the City of North Olmsted. <br />WHEREAS, after careful consideration, the Planning Commission of the <br />City, on the 28th day of September, 1988, recommended approval of creation <br />of the new district, with changes specified herein; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH <br />OLMSTED, CUYAAOGA COUNTY AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That there be and hereby is created new Chapter 1141 of the <br />North Olmsted Zoning Code, entitled, "Office Building District," which, as <br />created, shall read as follows: <br />"Chapter 1141. Office Building District" <br />1141.01. INTENT. <br />Office Building Districts and their regulations are <br />established herein in order to achieve, among others, <br />the following purposes: <br />(a) To provide a zoning district devoted exclusively to <br />professional, financial, administrative and management <br />services of residential, commercial and industrial <br />facilities; and semi-public institutions; <br />(b) To protect adjacent residential areas by regulating <br />the bulk and spacing of office uses, particularly at <br />common boundaries; and
