<br /> <br />(c) To promote the most desirable land use and traffic <br />patterns in accordance with the objectives of the City's <br />Planning and Development Program. <br />1141.02 USE REGULATIONS. <br />Buildings and land shall be used, and buildings shall be <br />designed, erected, altered, moved or maintained in whole <br />or in part, in Office Building Districts, only for the <br />uses set forth in the following schedules and <br />regulations. <br />(a) Main Buildings and Uses <br />buildings and offices, incl <br />financial, governmental, public <br />administrative; sales offices, <br />samples are displayed or stored on <br />goods are distributed therefrom. <br />Permitted. Office <br />uding professional, <br />utility, executive, <br />provided that only <br />the lot and that no <br />(b) Similar Main uses Permitted. Any other office use <br />not listed above or in any present or subsequent use <br />classification and determined by the Planning Commission <br />to be similar to the uses set forth in paragraph (a) <br />above. <br />(c) Accessory Uses Permitted. Any accessory use which <br />is incidental to the main uses, provided that it is <br />planned and developed integrally with the main buildng <br />and that it has no injurious effect on adjoining use <br />districts, such as: <br />1. Off-street parking areas and loading areas for <br />employees and customers as required in Chapter 1161; <br />2. Maintenance and storage facilities; <br />3. Employee lunch rooms and physical fitness <br />facilities; and <br />4. Signs, including identification, professional <br />nameplate, directional, real estate and project signs, <br />subject to the regulations set forth in Chapter 1163. <br />2
