K ?"?.,.. .?. <br />. ? t <br />2 <br />consistent with the foregoing approval and acceptance, including without <br />limitation the recording of the Dedication Plat and the Recorded Assembly <br />Plat, are confirmed and ratified. <br />Section 3. The Clerk of Council shall file the Unrecorded Assembly <br />Plat in the Plat Records in the office of the Recorder of Cuyahoga County <br />immediately after passage of this ordinance. <br />Section 4. This Council finds and determines that all formal actions <br />of this Council concerning and relating to the passage of this ordinance were <br />taken in an open meeting of this Council, and that all deliberations of this <br />Council and of any committees that resulted in those formal actions were in <br />meetings open to the public in compliance with the law. <br />Section 5. This ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health, <br />safety and welfare of said City, and for the further reason that this <br />ordinance must be immediately effective so that the right-of-way dedicated can <br />be improved at once to enhance the economic development of the City; <br />wherefore, this ordinance shall be in full force and effect immediately upon <br />its passage and approval by the Mayor. <br />Passed: 1988 <br />Attest: ? <br />Clerk of Council <br />?- <br />President of Counc <br />Approved: , 1988 <br />0 <br />Mayor
