. , . .._, ...,.r4 ....... . . . . . . <br /> <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMST'E-D <br />ORDINANCE N0. 88-42 <br />PAGE SIX <br />SECTION 16: That all full-time administrative and legislative personnel listed <br />within is Or inance shall receive the following holidays off, unless rec{uired to <br />work by their supervisor or the Ma.yor in emergencies and shall receive their regular <br />rate of pay; New year's Day; President's Day; one-half (Z) day on Good Friday; Memorial <br />Day; independence Day; labor Day; Thanksgiving Day; one-half (2) day on Christmas Eve; <br />Christmas Day; the employee's birthday; and a floating holiday. <br />SECTION 17: That all full-time adminsitrative and legislative personnel listed <br />within is Or inance shall be entitled to an annual vacation in accordance with the <br />vacation ordinance adopted by Council. <br />SEGTION 18: That all ordinances or resolutions or parts of ordinances or resolutions <br />in conflict TTe-rewith are hereby repealed with the effective date of this Ordinance. <br />SECTION 19: That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure <br />ilrnnediately necessary for the preservation of the public health, safety and welfare <br />and for the further reason it is immediately necessary to review all pay scales and <br />bring them into line due to inflation and cost of living increases, and further, pro- <br />vided it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members elected to Council, <br />it shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage and approval of the <br />Mayor. <br />PASSED : <br />-?ATTEST: <br />6 • <br />?• <br />LORENCE E.
