accepted engineering practices determine the estimated average daily <br />quantity of sewage to be discharged from such building, structure or other <br />facility to the sanitary sewer system. The quantity so determined shall <br />then be divided by the estimated average daily quantity of sewage <br />discharged from a single-family residence and the resulting quotient <br />carried out to the nearest one-hundredth shall be the number of benefited <br />units assigned to such building, structure or other faclity. The tap-in <br />charge will then be calculated by multiplying the number of benefited units <br />by the rate per unti applicable at such time. <br />SECTION 2: That Section 911.076(e) which now reads: <br />(e) Penaltp. Whoever violates any provision of this section shall be <br />guilty of a misdemeanor and shall, upon conviction, be fined not more than <br />twentq-five dollars ($25.00) a day for any such violation and each dap <br />during or on which such violation continue shall be a separate offense. <br />Be and the same is hereby amended and as amended shall read as follows: <br />(e) Penalty.
