accepted engineering practices determine the estimated average daily quantity of sewage to be discharged from such building, structure or other facility to the sanitary sewer system. The quantity so determined shall then be divided by the estimated average daily quantity of sewage discharged from a single-family residence and the resulting quotient carried out to the nearest one-hundredth shall be the number of benefited units assigned to such building, structure or other faclity. The tap-in charge will then be calculated by multiplying the number of benefited units by the rate per unti applicable at such time. SECTION 2: That Section 911.076(e) which now reads: (e) Penaltp. Whoever violates any provision of this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall, upon conviction, be fined not more than twentq-five dollars ($25.00) a day for any such violation and each dap during or on which such violation continue shall be a separate offense. Be and the same is hereby amended and as amended shall read as follows: (e) Penalty. SECTION 3: That Section 911.077 which now reads: 911.077 SEWER CONNECTIONS; TAP-IN PERMIT, FOR OLMSTED TOWNSHIP The City shall be entitled to collect a tap-in charge of nine hundred and twenty-four dollars ($924.00) for each sewer connection made directly to the City's trunk or interceptor sewer of anp building located on property in Olmsted Township abutting upon a street or easement in which such sewer is located, which charge shall be.collected by the City at the time the permit for such connection is issued.
