SECTION 2: That the Clerk of Council be and she is hereby directed to <br />forward a copy of this Ordinance to Ken Kreuger at 2773 Dover Center Road, <br />North Olmsted, Ohio, 44070. <br />SECTION 3: That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure immediately necessary for the preservation of the public health, <br />safety and welfare, and for the further reasons that the dilapidated <br />condition of said structures are a serious hazard to the health, safety, <br />and welfare of the citizens of North Olmsted, and further provided it <br />receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of the members of Council, it <br />shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage and approval <br />by the Mapor. <br />PASSED: <br />ATTEST: <br />FLORENCE CAMPBELL, <br />CLERK OF COUNCIL <br />MAYOR M.
