ARTICLE X <br />10.1 <br />The Chief of Police shall establish a probationary period for <br />all new employees. The probationary period of eighteen (18) <br />months shall commence after employees successfully receive <br />certification from the Ohio Peace Officers Training Council. <br />PROBATIONARY PERIOD NOTIFICATION ACKNOWLEDGMENT <br />I' have been advised that the <br />Probationary Period of the North Olmsted Police Department is for <br />a period of eighteen months and that during this Probationary <br />period, I have no rights to disciplinary procedures and/or <br />representation under FOP LABOR CONTRACT.
