The Law director for the City, or the appropriate <br />prosecutor's office shall make any legal determination regarding <br />furnishing a copy of the officer's statement to the officer or his <br />representative. <br />21.10. At the request of either party, intervie~as, or <br />portions thereof with an officer, conducted during the course of <br />an inquiry may be tape recorded (audio). <br />21.11. If any officer believes any portion of these rights <br />have been violated, the violation shall be noted and may be <br />presented to the person or the court that will be making judgement <br />on the case that is presented. <br />(33) <br />
