CITY OF NORTH OLMSTID <br />RESOLUTION N0. 91-177 <br />BY: MAYOR BOYLE <br />APPROVED : ~~ Z ~ ~~ ~' ~''` <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO A <br />CONTRACT WITH THE CUYAHOGA COUNTY GENERAL HEALTH <br />DISTRICT FOR THE YEAR 1992, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY <br />WHEREAS, the City of North Olmsted, under O.R.C. 53709.08 is a <br />member of the General Health District of Cuyahoga County; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of North Olmsted must enter into a contract for <br />the year 1992 for health services to be performed by the Cuyahoga County <br />Health District. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY <br />OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That the Mayor be and he is hereby authorized to enter <br />into a contract, a copy of which is attached hereto and marked Exhibit <br />"A", with the Cuyahoga County General Health District to provide health <br />services to the City of North Olmsted from January 1, 1992, through <br />December 31, 1992. <br />SECTION 2: That a copy of this Resolution shall be forwarded to <br />the Director of Finance for authority to pay semi-annual payments under <br />the provisions of this contract. <br />SECTION 3: That this Resolution is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure immediately necessary for the preservation of the <br />public health, safety and welfare, and for the further reason that it is <br />immediately necessary for the continuity of health services to the <br />residents of this City, and further, provided it receives the <br />affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members elected to Council, it <br />shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage. <br />~~ <br />PASSED: ~~ ~,~-~.,-~..ff <br />ATTEST <br />BARBARBA L.
