CONTRACT FOR PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES (City with s General Health District ) (Authority-Sec. 3709.08 R.C.) WHEREAS, the district advisory council of the Cuyahoga Ohio, general health district, at a fi rouaty, eetiag held Ma rnh ~ ~ 1 qq 1 by a majority vote of members representing the townships and villages did vote affirmatively oa the question of providing public health services to the city of North Olmsted Ohio, and did authorize the chairman of the disuict advisory council to enter into a contract with the mayor of North Olm d, Ohio for providing public health services therein; and WHEREAS, the council of the city of North Olmsted , Ohio , at a - Council meeting held , by majoriry vote of all members did vote affirmatively on the question of contracting with the district advisory council of the ('.uYahoga county general health disuict for providing public health services to the city of North O1mGrarl _ Ohio ,and did authorize the mayor to eater into a contract with the chairman of the district advisory rnuncil of the Cuyahoga county general health district to provide public health services for the city Of rT.,,-rl, n1 te~~l-~6 .
