Dwellings containing' not more than two 10 years <br />family units upon which the cast of <br />remodeling is at least two thousand five <br />hundred dollars (52,500.00). <br />z. Dwellings containing more than two family 12 years <br />units, and commercial and industrial <br />properties upon which the cost of <br />remodeling is at least five thousand <br />dollars ($S,OOO.Ob). <br />3. For construction of every commercial or 15 years <br />industrial structure (except structures <br />used primarily far making retail sales). <br />The North Olmsted Housing Council established pursuant to <br />Section 5 hereof shall adopt rules for the purpose of determining <br />what constitutes an establishment used primarily in making retail <br />sales. <br />Section 4. To administer and implement the provisions of <br />this Ordinance, the Director of Public Safety or his designee is <br />designated as the Housing Officer within the meaning of ORC <br />3735.66(A) pursuant to ORC Section 3735.56. Such Housing Officer <br />shall perform the duties and responsibilities as set forth in the <br />Act and this Ordinance. <br />Section 5. Pursuant to oRC Section 3735.69 there is hereby <br />established the North Olmsted Hauling Council to act as the <br />community reinvestment area housing council. The North Olmsted <br />Housing Council shall be composed of seven members who shall be <br />appointed as follows: two members shall be appointed by the Mayor; <br />two members shal.~. be appointed by the Council; one member shall be <br />appointed by the Planning Commission; and two additional members <br />shall be appointed by a majority o~ the aforementioned members. <br />All members of the North Olmsted Housing Council shall be residents <br />of the City- The terms of the members shall be three years. An <br />unexpired term resulting from a vacancy shall be filled in the same <br />manner as tYie initial appointment was made. The North Olmsted <br />Housing Council sha~.I. perform the duties and responsibilities as <br />set forth in the Act. <br />Section 5. Upon receipt of any application far exemption <br />from real property taxation, the Housing Officer shall forward such <br />application to the Mayor for his review. The Housing Officer will <br />not submit any application to the county auditor unless and until <br />the Mayor has approved the submission to the county auditor of such <br />application. The Mayor is hereby authorized to enter into <br />agreements with applicants for the exemptions from real property <br />taxation available pursuant to this Ordinance to establish the <br />terms under which the application will be forwarded to the county <br />auditor and the tax exemption applied far will be granted, <br />
