,, <br />Urdinarice No. 91-1- <br />Page 3 <br />including but not limited to the percentage of the improvement to <br />be exempted from real property taxation and whether any payments <br />in lieu of taxes are to be required; provided, however, no such <br />agreement shall permit any exemption period other than as described <br />in Section 3 hereof nor shall such agreement allow for the <br />exemption of any improvement not described in Section 3 hereof. <br />Section 7. This ordinance shall be published in a <br />newspaper of general circulation in the City once a week for twa <br />consecutive weeks immediately following its adoption. <br />Section 8. It is hereby found and determined that all <br />formal actions of this Council concerning and relating to the <br />adoption of this ordinance were adopted in open meetings of this <br />Council and that all deliberations of this Council and of any of <br />its committees that resulted in such formal action were had in <br />meetings open to the public, in compliance with all legal <br />requirements including oRG Section 121.22. <br />Section 9.
