,, Urdinarice No. 91-1- Page 3 including but not limited to the percentage of the improvement to be exempted from real property taxation and whether any payments in lieu of taxes are to be required; provided, however, no such agreement shall permit any exemption period other than as described in Section 3 hereof nor shall such agreement allow for the exemption of any improvement not described in Section 3 hereof. Section 7. This ordinance shall be published in a newspaper of general circulation in the City once a week for twa consecutive weeks immediately following its adoption. Section 8. It is hereby found and determined that all formal actions of this Council concerning and relating to the adoption of this ordinance were adopted in open meetings of this Council and that all deliberations of this Council and of any of its committees that resulted in such formal action were had in meetings open to the public, in compliance with all legal requirements including oRG Section 121.22. Section 9.
