If the cost of inspection is greater than the deposit, the deficient <br />amount shall be paid to the City by the developer before construction is <br />permitted to continue." <br />SECTION 2: Section 1101.09 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of <br />North Olmsted, which currently reads as follows: <br />"1101.09 FEES FOR MINOR SUBDIVISION• RECORDING AND REVIEW. <br />A deposit of One Hun re Dollars 100.00 sha be posted with the City <br />by the developer for the recording of the subdivision, easements, etc., and for <br />the review of the application, sketch plan, maps and other data submitted to <br />the City Engineer. The cost of review shall be calculated on the basis of <br />Twenty Dollars ($20.00) per hour spent by the City Engineer's office and Thirty <br />Dollars ($30.00) per hour spent by the City Engineer and the Assistant City <br />Engineer. If the charge for the recording and review is more than the amount <br />of the deposit, the developer shall pay to the City the excess; if less, the <br />overpayment shall be refunded." <br />BE AND Tf~ SAME IS HEREBY AMENDID, AND AS AMENDID, SHALL READ AS FOLLOWS: <br />"1101.09 FEES FOR MINOR SUBDIVISION; RECORDING AND REVIEW. <br />A deposit of Two Hundred 200.00 shall be post with the City by the <br />developer for the recording of the subdivision, easements, etc., and for the <br />review of the application, sketch plan, maps and other data submitted to the <br />City Engineer. the cost of review shall be calculated on the basis of Thirty <br />Dollars ($30.00) per hour spent by the City Engineer's office and Forty-Five <br />Dollars ($45.00) per hour spent by the City Engineer and the Assistant City <br />Engineer.
