Ord. 91-159, Page 2 <br />BE AND THE SAME IS HEREBY AMENDED, AND AS AMENDED, SHALL READ AS FOLLOWS: <br />"901.06_-INSUFFICIENT .DEPOSIT <br />If the deposit is insufficient to reimburse the City, the Engineering <br />Division shall collect from the applicant a sufficient amount to reimburse the <br />City for the expense incurred. If the applicant fails to deposit sufficient <br />funds to reimburse the City for the cost of inspection and general supervision <br />or anticipated repairs within three (3) days of notice to do so, then the City <br />Engineer may issue an order to stop work for all or part of the work associated <br />with the street opening. Failure to heed such stop work order shall be cause <br />to revoke the permit to open the street." <br />SECTION.3: Section 901.07 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of North <br />Olmsted, which currently reads as follows: <br />"901.07_..TREE_LP,WN OPENINGS•_PERMIT.AND.FEE. <br />If an application is ma e for a permit to open a street in a tree lawn, <br />then the applicant shall make the payment of five dollars ($5,00) for a permit <br />and shall deposit with the Finance Department fifteen dollars ($15.00) per <br />square yard based on the size of the opening, as a guarantee that he will <br />restore the tree lawn to its original condition or pay the City for restoring <br />the same.
