STANDARD AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES General Facilities Planning This is an Agreement made on ,% ~~.-~~-~i ,;~ 5 ~ 1991 between CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, OHIO, [Client], 5200 Dover Center Road, North Olmsted, Ohio 44070, and Malcolm Pirnie, Inc. [Malcolm Pirnie], 2 Corporate Park Drive, White Plains, New York 10602, a professional engineering firm having an office at 6060 Rockside Woods Boulevard, Independence, Ohio 44131. Client engages Malcolm Pirnie to provide professional engineering services for facilities planning work to evaluate the wastewater treatment plant for compliance with the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit [Project], which will be referred to as FACILITIES PLAN UPDATE. The location of the Project is at the City's Wastewater Treatment Plant, 23775 Mastick Road [Site], North Olmsted, Ohio 44070 [State]. The Project will have the following characteristics: • Review existing facilities planning. • Update plant design parameters. • Analyze existing facilities, capacity and performance. • Generate and analyze alternative for any needed additional treatment capacity. • Prepare a draft and final report and updated basis of design. Job No. 1943-01-1 Client and Malcolm Pirnie agree that the terms and conditions of this Agreement are the following: SECTION 1 -BASIC SERVICES engineers performing such services at the time and place where the' services are provided [Standard of Care]. 1.1 Scope.
