s <br /> <br />,. , <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE NO. 91- 132 <br />BY: MAYOR EDWARD BOYLE <br />AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE AMENDMENT OF <br />THE ZONE MAP OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, <br />WHICH ZONE MAP IS PART OF THE ZONING CODE OF <br />THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, BY CHANGING THE <br />PREMISES HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED FROM SINGLE <br />RESIDENCE A DISTRICT TO MIXED USE DISTRICT A. <br />WHEREAS, it appears that the Zoning Code that applies to the below described real proper- <br />ty is improper under the conditions presently existing and inadequate for the development and <br />use of this land; and <br />W~EREAS, after a careful consideration, the Planning Commission of the City, on the <br />,~ day of (~e~i-s~c.c.~ 199_/ recommended approval of the change of the district <br />herein specified. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That after submission of this Ordinance to the Planning Commission of this <br />City for its opinion and recommendation, and after a Public Hearing hereon, notice of which <br />has been given pursuant to Section 14 of Article IV of the Charter of the City, entitled, "The <br />Council -Enactment of Zoning Ordinance and Regulations, Notice", and after its passage <br />pursuant to the Charter of this City, and its approval by the Mayor of the City of North Olmst- <br />ed, the Zone Map of North Olmsted is hereby amended and as amended be and the same is <br />hereby revised by changing the zoning of the following described parcel of land from Single <br />Residence A Distract to Mixed Use District A: <br />Situated in the City of North Olmsted, County of Cuyahoga and <br />State of Ohio and known as being part of Original Olmsted <br />Township Lots No. 30, Tract No. 6 and being bounded and de- <br />scribed as follows: <br />Beginning at a point in the Northerly Limited Access line of I-480 <br />at its intersection with the centerline of Columbia Road (60 feet <br />wide) said point being distant South 11 degrees 35' 38" West <br />337.64 feet along the centerline of Columbia Road (60 feet wide) <br />from its intersection with the centerline of Country Club Boulevard <br />(75 feet wide); <br />Thence, South 79 degrees 19' 37" West 32.42 feet along the <br />Northerly Limited Access line of I-480 to a point on the Westerly <br />line of Columbia Road and the principal place of beginning; <br />
