Ordinance No. 9i-132 <br />' Pag? 2 ~ . <br />Theme, North 11 degrees 35' S8" East 273.17 feet along the <br />Westerly line of Columbia Road to a point of curvature; <br />Thence, Northwesterly 46.72 feet along the arc of a circle deflect- <br />ing to the left, being the Southerly line of Country Club Boulevard, <br />having a chord of 40.41 feet beanng North 39 degrees 21' S3" West <br />and radius of 26.01 feet to a point of compound curvature; <br />Thence, Westerly 85.64 feet along the arc of a circle deflecting to <br />the left being the Southerly line of Country Club Boulevard, <br />having a chord of 85.19 feet bearing South 70 degrees 30' 11" <br />West and a radius of 241.28 feet to a point of reverse curvature; <br />Thence, Westerly 112.26 feet along the arc of a circle deflecting to <br />the right, being the Southerly line of Country Club Boulevard, <br />having a chord of 111.67 feet bearing South 79 degrees 30' 11" <br />West and a radius of 316.28 feet to a point of tangency; <br />Thence, South 89 degrees 40' 16" West 25.83 feet along the <br />Southerly line of Country Club Boulevard to a point; <br />Thence, South 11 degrees 35' S8" West 341.74 feet at. a point in the <br />Northerly Limited Access line of I-480; <br />Thence, North 69 degrees 18' 02" East 130.76 feet along the <br />Northerly Limited Access line of I-480; <br />Thence, North 79 degrees 19' 37" East 138.89 feet along the <br />Northerly Limited Access line of I-480 to the principal place of <br />beginning containing within said bounds 75,473.43 square feet or <br />1.73263 acres. <br />SECTION 2: That the Clerk of Council be and she is hereby directed to cause notice of a <br />Public Hearing hereon to be given pursuant to the provisions of Section 14 of Article IV of the <br />Charter of the City. <br />SECTION 3: That the Engineer of the City shall amend said Zone Map of the City of <br />North Olmsted so that when amended, said Zone Map will disclose that the premises described <br />in Section 1 hereof shall be revised by changing the zoning of said described land from Single <br />Residence A District to Mixed Use District A, and that said parcel of land may be thereafter <br />used in accordance with the use of the district permitted by the Zoning Code of the City of <br />North Olmsted. <br />SECTION 4: That the applicant for rezoning, which is the subject matter of the within <br />ordinance, has heretofore agreed to have the declaration of restrictions impressed against the <br />subject property upon the passage of the within ordinance. Said declaration of restrictions is <br />attached hereto and made a part hereof and marked Exhibit "A" . <br />SECTION 5: That, in addition to the Engineer of the City being required to carry out <br />the provisions of Section 3 hereof, he shall also cause to be recorded with the Cuyahoga <br />
