.~, <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE 91-125 <br />PAGE TWO <br />SECTION 1: That the Organizational Chart of the Fire <br />Department of the City of North Olmsted shall be constituted as <br />follows: <br />a) That the Organizational Chart for the Fire Department and <br />the personnel set forth in the Organizational Chart shall <br />consist of the Chief of the Fire Department, who shall <br />be in charge of the entire department. <br />b) The Fire Chief shall also be in charge of a general duty <br />uniform roster, which shall consist of one Assistant <br />Chief, four Captains, six Lieutenants, and 36 <br />Firefighters. <br />c) The Fire Chief shall also be in charge of five (5) <br />Dispatchers. <br />SECTION 2: That the organization of the Fire Department <br />shall consist of not less that twenty (20) nor more than thirty- <br />three (33) sworn full-time employees who are certified Paramedics. <br />SECTION 3: That the salaries for all members of the Fire <br />Department including Dispatchers, shall be established either by <br />contract or separate ordinance, which shall be approved by the <br />City Council. <br />SECTION 4: That this ordinance is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure necessary for the preservation of the public <br />health, safety and welfare, and for the further reason that it is <br />immediately necessary to reorganize the administrative branch of <br />government, and further provided it receives the affirmative vote <br />of two-thirds of all members elected to Council, it shall take <br />effect and be in force immediately upon its passage and approval <br />by the Mayor. <br />PASSED : (~~ ~.~~-~/S J /y~/ <br />ATTEST- <br />/ <br />J' <br />1 BARBARA L .
