BUGAY AND BEVERLY J. <br />^ BUGAY (husband and wife) being the owner of the real property commonly known as <br />%J{ .S~y 3 % 4'6 <br />'-5~6'3'Pheasants Walk Dr., North Olmsted (Cuyahoga County), Ohio 44070 permanent <br />o~z <br />parcel number 233-25-d~A' (the "Property"), in consideration of the sum of Ten <br />Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, receipt of which <br />is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant and convey to the City of North Olmsted, <br />("Grantee"), whose address is 5200 Dover Center Road, North Olmsted, Ohio 44070 a <br />perpetual easement for: <br />(a) any and all surface and subsurface water drainage purposes in, on, <br />upon, under, over or across the portion of the Property described on <br />Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof and shown on Exhibit B <br />attached hereto and made a part hereof (the "Easement Area"); <br />(b) the right to install, use, maintain, operate, service, repair, <br />replace, or remove any facilities that Grantee may deem necessary or <br />appropriate for surface and subsurface water drainage in, on, upon, <br />under, over or across the portion of the Property described on Exhibit A <br />attached hereto and made a part hereof and shown on Exhibit B attached <br />hereto and made a part hereof (the "Easement Area"); and <br />
