EA SENIENT <br />KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS that WOLEGANG R. URBAN AND INGRID A. <br />URBAN (husband and wife) being the owner of the real property commonly known as <br />S~ <br />5542 Quail Run, North Olmsted (Cuyahoga County), Ohio 44070 permanent parcel <br />number 233-25-061 (the "Property"), in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars <br />($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby <br />acknowledged, does hereby grant and convey to the City of North Olmsted, ("Grantee"), <br />whose address is 5200 Dover Center Road, North Olmsted, Ohio 44070 a perpetual <br />easement for: <br />(a) any and all surface and subsurface water drainage purposes in, on, <br />upon, under, over or across the portion of the Property described on <br />Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof and shown on Exhibit B <br />attached hereto and made a part hereof (the "Easement Area"); <br />(b) the right to install, use, maintain, operate, service, repair, <br />replace, or remove any facilities that Grantee may deem necessary or <br />appropriate for surface and subsurface water drainage in, on, upon, under, <br />over or across the portion of the Property described on Exhibit A <br />attached hereto and made a part hereof and shown on Exhibit B attached <br />hereto and made a part hereof (the "Easement Area"); and <br />
