Paul Rugala being the <br />60 <br />owner of the real property commonly known as 5592 Quail Run, North Olmsted <br />oGG <br />(Cuyahoga County), Ohio 44070 permanent parcel number 233-25-f,~ (the <br />"Property"), in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other <br />good and valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, <br />does hereby grant and convey to the City of North Olmsted,("Grantee"), whose <br />address is 5200 Dover Center Road, North Olmsted, Ohio 44070 a perpetual <br />easement for: <br />(a) any and all surface and subsurface water drainage purposes in, <br />on, upon, under, over or across the portion of the Property described <br />on E~chibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof and shown on <br />Exhibit B attached hereto and made a part hereof (the "Easement <br />Area"); <br />(b) the right to install, use, maintain, operate, service, repair, <br />replace, or remove any facilities that Grantee may deem necessary or <br />appropriate for surface and subsurface water drainage in, on, upon, <br />under, over or across the portion of the Property described on Exhibit <br />A attached hereto and made a part hereof and shown on Exhibit B attached <br />hereto and made a part hereof (the "Easement Area"); and <br /> <br />
