? <br />City of North Olmsted Resolution No. 93-162 <br />page 3 <br />SECTION 2: That upon having negotiated the purchase of the assets described in Section <br />1 hereof, the Mayor sha11 present the agreement to council which authority to purchase shall be <br />subject to approval by council in Ordinance form consistent with the provisions of the Charter <br />dealing with capital purchases. <br />SECTION 3. That this ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure <br />immediately necessary for the preservation of the public health, safety and welfare, and for the <br />further reason that it is immediately necessary to negotiate a final purchase agreement for the <br />preservation of green space, and further provided that it receives the affirmative vote of two- <br />thirds of all members of Council, it sha11 take effect and be in force immediately upon its <br />passage and approval by the Mayor. <br />Passed: ? l Q c( 3 <br />Attest: <br />ARA L.
