<br />Section 2: That the Clerk of Council be and she is hereby directed to cause notice of a
<br />public hearing hereon to be given pursuant to the provisions of Section 14 of Article IV of the
<br />Charter of the City of North Olmsted.
<br />Section 3: That, if this Ordinance is approved by the electorate, pursuant to the
<br />provisions of Article VII, Section 2(e) of the North Olmsted Charter, then the Engineer of the
<br />City of North Olmsted shall amend the Zone Map of the City of North Olmsted so that, when
<br />amended, the said Zone Map will show that the parcels of real property described in Section 1
<br />hereof have been and are zoned Mixed Use "D" District, and that said parcels of real property
<br />may be thereafter used in accordance with the provisions of the North Olmsted Zoning Code
<br />permitting and regulating land use within Mixed Use "D" Districts.
<br />Section 4: That it is the desire of this Council that the ballot for said issue be in the
<br />following form:
