_.???... <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That this Administration and City Council urge the House of <br />Representatives and Senate to retain the existing Enterprise Zone program and to not <br />make changes proposed by a subcommittee of the House of Representatives Ways <br />and Means Committee that wou/d severe/y restrict their use and p/ace many <br />communities at an economic disadvantage. <br />SECTION 2: That the C/erk of Council is hereby directed to forward copies of <br />this Resolution to State Sen. Gary Suhadolnik, State Rep. Edward Kasputis, State <br />Rep. Danie/ Troy, Speaker of the House. Vernal G. Riffe, Jr., and Pres. of the Senate <br />Stanley J. Aronoff. <br />SECTION 3: That this Reso/ution is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure immediately necessary for the preservation of an essentia/ economic <br />deve/opment too/ used with great care within the City of North O/msted and further <br />provided it receives an affirmative vote of twathirds of all members of Council, it shall <br />take effect and be in force immediate/y upon its passage and approval by the Mayor. <br />Passed: ?( f 3 <br />Aitest <br />-, <br />4 <br />Barbara L Seman D.
