<br />City of North Olmsted Ordinance No. 93-104 <br />page 3 <br />K. Bowling alleys, dance halls, pool and billiard parlors, skating rinks, <br />indoor theaters, assembly halls or other sport or recreation centers, <br />provided the building in which they opera.te are sufficiently sound <br />insulated to confine effectively the noise to within the building so <br />used. <br />L. Accessory used customarily incident to a primary use described in <br />this section, including off street parking as regulated in Chapter <br />1161 and signs as regulated in Chapter 1163," <br />be amended, and as amended shall read as follows: <br />(1) Any use permitted in the least restrictive Residence District adjacent to any <br />part of such General Retail Business District subject to the requirements <br />of such Residence District. <br />(2) Single family cluster dwellings as regulated in Chapter 1136. <br />(3) Retail business. <br />A. The retail sale of baked goods, confectionery, dairy products, <br />delicatessen, fruits, vegetables, groceries, meats and beverages; <br />B. The sale of dry goods and variety merchandise; <br />C. T'he sale of hardware, household appliances, television and radio, <br />paint, wallpaper, materials and objects for interior decorating; <br />D. The sale of books, magazines, newspapers, tobacco products, drugs, <br />flowers, gifts, music, photographic equipment, sporting goods and <br />stationery; <br />E. The sale of food and beverages of all kinds including sale for <br />consumption on the premises, provided, however, no vinous or malt <br />beverages shall be located nearer than 500 feet from the lot <br />occupied by an existing church, public or private school, <br />playground, park, library or public building; <br />F. The retail sale of general merchandise including sales in a <br />department store; <br />G. The retail sale of apparel of all kind; <br />H. The retail sale of furniture, china, floor coverings and household <br />goods; <br />I. Automobile supply stores, automobile show rooms and lots for the <br />sale of new motor vehicles; in addition, show rooms and lots for <br />the sale of used cars are permitted accessory uses in this district, <br />provided that such accessory use must be located either on a parcel <br />of land upon which is located an existing automobile show room <br />and lot for the sale of new motor vehicles, or upon a parcel of land <br />
