City of North Olmsted Ordinance No. 93-104 <br />page 2 <br />E. The sale of food and beverages of all kinds including sale for <br />consumption on the premises, provided, however, no vinous or malt <br />beverages sha11 be located nearer than 500 feet from the lot <br />occupied by an existing church, public or private school, <br />playground, park, library or public building; <br />F. The retail sale of general merchandise including sales in a <br />department store; <br />G. The retail sale of apparel of all kind; <br />H. The retail sale of furniture, china, floor coverings and household <br />goods; <br />I. Automobile supply stores, automobile showrooms and lots for the <br />sale of motor vehicles, provided such lot is accessory to the <br />automobile showrooms; <br />J. The retail sale of motor vehicle fuel provided that no alcoholic <br />beverages are dispensed or sold on the same lot; and <br />K. The retail sale of other goods and merchandise as determined <br />similaz in accordance with the provisions of Section 1123.10. <br />(3) Service establishmentc. Including: <br />A. Business offices for: <br />1. Real estate, insurance, financial, sales and other business <br />purposes; and <br />2. Offices for architects, clergymen, engineers, lawyers, <br />dentists, doctors or other established recognized <br />professionals. <br />B. Mortuaries, crematoriums and funeral homes. <br />C. Printing shops and graphic arts facilities. <br />D. Dance, voice and music studios. <br />E. Barber shops, beauty shops, custom tailors, laundry or dry cleaning <br />agencies, self-service laundries and dry cleaning and shce repair <br />shops. <br />F. Research and testing laboratories; radio and television stations; <br />telephone exchanges; pay stations and transformer stations. <br />G. Animal hospitals and pet shops provided noise and odor is <br />effectively confined to the building so used. <br />H. Hotels and motels. <br />1. Banks, loan and finance companies, and other financial institutions. <br />J. Gasoline service stations and automobile wash, provided that no <br />part of the lot upon which the same is located is within 500 feet of <br />any lot occupied by an existing church, public or private school, <br />playground, pazk, library, public building or building of <br />institutional occupancy, except where the distance is intersected by <br />a street at least sixty feet in width and no alcoholic beverages aze <br />dispensed or sold on the same lot.
