Printing of Construction Documents <br />2. Asbestos Testing and Removal <br />3. Hazerdous Material Testing and Removal <br />Scope of Services <br />A. MASTER PLAN/DESIGN DEVELOPMENT <br />The Architect will provide the following during this phase of <br />the project: <br />1. Conferences with the Owner to study and analyze the <br />project requirements and the pogram as developed by the <br />Owner. <br />2. Re-do Master Plan study. <br />This is to consist of the updating of the original plan <br />with Owners input and mechanical and electrical systems <br />and materials to be utilized. <br />3. After review and approval by the Owner of the project. <br />The Architect will prepare a Statement of Probable <br />Construction Cost for inclusion in the Master Plan. <br />B. CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS <br />The Architect will provide the following services during this <br />phase of the project. <br />1. Prepare working drawings and specifications describing in <br />technical detail the construction contract work to be <br />. preformed including materials, equipmerit, workmanship and <br />finishes. 2. Include structural, mechanical, and electrical systems <br />drawings and specifications prepared by engineering <br />consultants, including related site work, utility <br />connections and special equipment. <br />3. Assist the Owner in preparation of information for <br />biddders, bidding and proposed contract form, including <br />Conditions of the Contract covering responsibilities <br />during construction. <br />4. Advise the Owner of any decisions during this phase which <br />will necessitate revision of the Cost Estimate. <br />5. If the owner orders any major revisions in the <br />construction documents which are inconsistent with <br />previous approddls or instructions, the Architect is <br />entitled to additional compensation to effect those <br />changes. <br />6. This phase is complete upon assemblage of the <br />construction documents by the Architect for bidding.
