` ?'.. <br />i ? <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0. 93-45 <br />PAGE SIX <br />SECTION 7: The Recreation Commissioner shall publish the fee <br />schedules and post admission fees in a conspicuous place in the building <br />lobby. All fees so collected shall be deposited into a special fund set <br />up for the Recreation Department and shall be exclusively devoted to the <br />purpose of the Recreation & Parks Department. <br />SECTION 8: The Parks & Recreation Commissioner shall determine <br />spectator admission charges, allow and set prices on merchandise and <br />other services offered for sale. The Parks & Recreation Commissioner <br />may deduct expenses and pay to a sponsoring organization 500 of the <br />spectator admissions derived from their event, or in lieu of the gate <br />arrangement, may determine a flat fee compensation to offset rental fees <br />and additional expenses or loss of revenue incurred. <br />The Commissioner may provide free practice facilities to the North <br />Olmsted School System. The athletic teams use of facilities will be in <br />time slots designed to minimize loss of revenue and is in exchange of <br />free use of the school gyms and facilities for Parks and Recreation <br />Department programming. Rental of facilities to host contests may also <br />be waived, however gate receipts will be retained unless provided <br />for above. <br />SECTION 9: Fees For Other Programs Operated by the Parks & <br />Recreation Department: <br />Special Recreation $15-$35 <br />Central Playground Program $45-$50 <br />Clinics and Classes $2-5.50/hour <br />Youth Leagues (inhouse) $15-$30 <br />Youth Hockey Spring League (Team fees) $38-62/hour <br />Adult Leagues, Family & Youth Programs vary <br />Additional non-resident fee may be added to programs conducted by the <br />Parks & Recreation Department. <br />Park Facility Permits <br />Park Maintenance Fee & Deposit <br />Large or Corporate Parties - May re <br />and/or charged a$50.00 Park Permit <br />individual facility permits as well <br />maintenance. <br />$5-10 per session <br />(Additional charge) <br />quire resident sponsorship <br />Fee plus fees for <br />as the cost for additional <br />The Parks and Recreation Commission may annually waive permit fees to <br />organizations providing recreation services that are open to the entire <br />community and are not overly specific to age and/or sex. <br />The Department may offer program scholarships to residents based on <br />financial need or hardship.
