" ?'. .. <br />. ? <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0. 93-45 <br />PAGE SEVEN <br />? <br />SECTION 10: The Recreation Commissioner shall be responsible for <br />developing programs and fees, reviewing & adjusting existing fees when <br />session length, time or program costs change. The Recreation Commission <br />shall periodically review the broad fee structure to Make certain of its <br />competetiveness and recommending changes to the Recreation Commissioner <br />and/or the Recreation Committee to Council. <br />SECTION 11: Fees within this Ordinance shall become effective the <br />start of Summer Season, 1993. <br />SECTION 12: That Ordinance 90-149, adopted by the Council of the <br />City of North Olmsted be and the same is hereby repealed, and any other <br />Ordinances or Resolutions or parts of Ordinances or Resolutions in <br />conflict herewith, be and the same are hereby repealed. <br />SECTION 13: That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure immediately necessary for the preservation of the <br />public health, safety and welfare and for the further reason that it is <br />immediately necessary to adjust various fees in light of present <br />operating expenses, and further provided it receives the affirmative <br />vote of two-thirds of all members of Council, it shall take effect and <br />be in force immediately upon its passage and approval by the Mayor. <br />PASSED: aZG 3 <br />ATTEST: <br />Barbara Seman Oames D.
