<br />Enclosed please find duplicate copies of our professional engineering services proposal for incorporaHng
<br />earth mounds, landscaping, fencing and associated right-of-way into the Crocker/Stearns improvement
<br />plans being prepared for the Cuyahoga County Engineers Office.
<br />SCOPE OF SERVICES
<br />Phase I - Preliminary Plans
<br />Tltis work shall consist of the preparation of preliminary plans for providing grading, drainage,
<br />landscaping and fencing for the addition of an earth mound along proposed Crocker/Stearns Road in the
<br />City of North Olmstead, Ohio between the following approximate limits:
<br />Sta 208+00 to Sta 222+00 (Left)
<br />Sta 217+00 to Sta 247+00 (Right)
<br />Tlte Phase I services include:
<br />• Typical Secdons.
<br />• 1"=50' scale plans showing embankment location, landscaping, fencing and R/W.
<br />• Artistic renderings showing proposed features in relation to existing topography and also proposed
<br />Crocker/Stearns highway improvement.
<br />• Preliminary Construction Cost Estimate.
<br />• Preliminary R/W Cost Estimate using county taxarion records for land and structure values.
<br />• Detailed engineering fee for Phase II - Final Plan Revisions based on the approved preliminary plan.
<br />Phase II - Final Plan Revisions
<br />Revisions to the Crocker/Stearns Construction contract plans resuldng from the approved preliminary
<br />plan will include the following items:
<br />• Plan and Profile (1"=201 - Grading, drainage, fencing, landscaping and right-of-way resulting from
<br />approved preliminary plans will be added to Crocker/Stearns highway plans.
<br />• Cross Secdons (1"=51 - Sections will be revised to show proposed grading.
<br />• Right-of-Way - Property map, plan sheets and descriptions to be revised accordingly.
<br />• Miscellaneous Details.
<br />• Estimate of Probable Construction Cost.
