(b) One (1) Jacobsen R-311 T Rotary Mower from Baker Vehicle Systems for the price of $50,394.00; and (c) One (1) John Deere 1204TC Greens Mower from Reynolds John Deere Golf Equipment & Irrigation Sales for the price of $23,816.10; and (d) One (1) Multi-Pro 1250 Sprayer from Century Equipment for the price of $25,787.47. SECTION 2: The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute any contract and/or other appropriate documents required by the authorized vendor(s) or the State of Ohio. Any such contract(s) executed by the Mayor shall be in a form and substance consistent with the provisions of this Resolution and approved by the Director of Law. SECTION 3: That the Mayor is hereby authorized to dispose of surplus property utilized by Springvale Golf Course by way of trade in on the purchase of the above list of property, all as known as follows: one (1) John Deere Bunker Rake ($400.00); two (2) John Deere Fairway Mowers ($1,000.00 ea.); and two (2) John Deere Walk Mowers ($50.00 ea). SECTION 4: That this Resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency measure immediately necessary for the preservation of the public health, safety and welfare and for the further reason that it is necessary that this Ordinance go into effect immediately due to the need for continued, uninterrupted maintenance and upkeep at Springvale Golf Course via the acquisition of needed equipment, and further provided it receives the affirmative vote of two- thirds of all members of Council, it shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage and approval by the Mayor.
