WE CARE -City employees, Council members, members of boards and commissions. $50.00 damage or Weekdays 6:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Hourly Rate $ 7 25 breakage deposit Weekdays 5:00 p.m. -.12:30 a.m. . 9 25 required Weekends 6:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. . 9.25 Weekends 5:00 p.m. - 12:30 a.m. 11.25 Flat Rate Use of equipment $ 11.50 Use of kitchen 11.50 Custodial services 16.50 The aforementioned rates shall be effective for the rental of the Community Cabin only and, except as otherwise specified hereinbelow, the Senior Citizens Multi-Services Center shall not be available for rent to the general public but shall be used for municipal purposes, which shall be exempt from charges, primarily but not exclusively dedicated to activities of the Department of Community Life Services/Division of Aging. (b) The Community Cabin/Senior Center shall not be rented to any outside organization or individual on any Sunday for profit making. The Senior Citizens Multi Services Center may be available for rent, at the rates listed in subsection (a) hereinabove, but subject to the following restrictions and priorities: (1) On days and at times outside of ordinary operations by the Division of Aging, as within its scheduling guidelines; (2) For senior citizen activities including but not limited to those as provided for in subsection (d) below; (3) For activities and programming intended for persons with disabilities; (4) For other groups or persons listed in subsection (a) above, with preference for nonprofit City organizations, residents, and City youth organizations;
