(5) For all other groups or persons listed in subsection (a) above, but subject <br />to reasonable provisions for exchange programs and other joint ventures <br />consistent with programming by the Division of Aging. <br />(c) The North Olmsted Community Council, because of its unique activity as <br />coordinator of community activities, is hereby exempted from the payment of rental charges for <br />use of the Community Cabin for its regularly scheduled meetings and for the duration of the <br />annual "Homecoming Days", but under no circumstances shall the North Olmsted Community <br />Council sublease the Community Cabin to others. <br />(d) All City senior citizens' groups shall be permitted to use the Community Cabin <br />facilities twice every month for organization meeting purposes free of charge, provided that the <br />meeting times are held between the hours of 12:00 noon and 4:30 p.m., and further provided that <br />the time for such meeting is reserved thirty days in advance with the office of the Director of <br />Community Life Services. The senior citizens' group renting the Community Cabin shall be <br />responsible for cleaning the facility after use. In the event that the Community Cabin is not <br />cleaned up, there shall beaten dollar ($10.00) charge assessed against the senior citizen group <br />which will defray the cost of having a City employee perform the cleanup function. The <br />Division of Aging shall have priority for use of the North Olmsted Senior Center as specified <br />herein, but senior citizens' groups may also use the senior center facilities to hold meetings, <br />events, programs or to otherwise engage in similar functions, within the scheduling guidelines of <br />the Division of Aging, and subject to scheduling limitations thereby imposed. <br />(e) A limitation is hereby established for one Saturday night per month advance <br />registration for any individual or organization. Special consideration shall be given to youth <br />groups and senior citizen groups. Exceptions to this policy shall be at the discretion of the <br />Director of Community Life Services. <br />(f) In the event the deposit made by an individual, group or organization is <br />insufficient to cover the cost of necessary labor or replacements for lost or damaged equipment <br />or damage to the buildings or property, the individual representing the group or organization <br />shall be held personally responsible for such damage, loss or replacement. <br />(g) An increase of twenty-five cents ($.25) in all hourly fees and fifty cents ($.50) in <br />all flat fees shall be levied on January 1 of each new year. <br />(Ord. 2006-13. Passed 2-7-06.) <br />945.06 REGULATIONS. <br />(a) No liquor, beer, spiked punch or alcoholic beverages of any kind shall be used in <br />or about the buildings or premises. <br />(b) Closing time for the building is 12:30 a.m. and all parties or activities shall be <br />terminated by that time. <br />(c) The kitchen, dishes and other equipment shall be cleaned and readied for <br />immediate service, if used. <br />(d) No person or group of persons shall dance or allow dancing in the Community <br />Cabin/Senior Center between the hours of 12:30 a.m. to 12 noon on Sunday. Dancing between <br />such hours on Sunday is strictly prohibited. <br />(e) Any person making an application for use of the Community Cabin/Senior Center <br />shall give true and accurate information and statements. <br />(~ Rowdyism, disorderly conduct, removal of furniture or equipment from the <br />building or malicious destruction of property is prohibited. Any violation hereof shall subject <br />the violator to the penalty provided under this chapter or the applicable section of the General <br />Offenses Code. <br />
