(g) All dances shall be sponsored by a recognized City organization, which shall also <br />provide chaperones for teen dances. <br />(h) Policemen and/or auxiliary policemen may be required to be hired for duty, at the <br />discretion of the Director of Community Life Services. <br />(i) Limitation of 275 persons, maximum occupancy, for the Community Cabin. <br />Limitation of 100 persons maximum occupancy, for the Senior Center. <br />(j) Renters are required to set up and put away tables, chairs, kitchen equipment, etc. <br />and sweep up. If they are unable to do this, they shall make arrangements in advance at City <br />Hall and pay a fee often dollars ($10.00) to cover the cost. This cost shall not be chargeable to <br />the following senior organizations: 50 Plus, Kenny Seniors, Full Life and North Olmsted <br />Seniors. <br />(Ord. 2006-13. Passed 2-7-06.) <br />945.07 EXEMPTION FOR PUBLIC SCHOOL ACTIVITIES. <br />The provisions of Section 945.05 of this chapter notwithstanding, North Olmsted public <br />schools shall be permitted to rent the Community Cabin and the Senior Center without charge for <br />the conduct of any North Olmsted school activity. <br />(Ord. 2006-13. Passed 2-7-06.) <br />945.99 PENALTY. <br />Whoever violates any provision of this chapter is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. (Ord. <br />2006-13. Passed 2-7-06.) <br />
