Funds. 945.04 Mayor's Right to Refuse Permit. 945.08 Rules and Regulations. 945.05 Fees. °^~ ~~ 945.01 RENTAL OF MUNICIPAL FACILITIES. The Mayor is hereby authorized from time to time, upon written application therefore in such form as he shall prescribe, to permit the use and rental of the North Olmsted Community Cabin and North Olmsted Senior Center as may be available for use on the days requested by such applicant, upon the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth. 945.02 DELEGATION OF DUTIES. The Mayor may delegate the duties herein provided to be performed by him to the department director or other employee of the department having charge of municipal facilities. 945.03 PERMIT APPLICATION. Applications in a form prescribed by the Mayor for use and rental of the North Olmsted Community Cabin on any given day shall be accepted and permission granted through execution of a facility rental agreement with that person or organization which shall first apply for use and rental on such day, subject to compliance with a fee schedule and-rules and regulations controls such use. However, any application may be denied and permission for use and rental may be refused if the municipal facilities or any substantial portion thereof will be required by Council or the Mayor, administrative department(s) or any other official municipal group, organization or committee on the day for which use and rental are sought. Any permit shall be nonassignable and shall be used only by the group or organization receiving the same. Payment including a security deposit shall be made by the applicant when required upon application for use and rental. Records shall be maintained of all uses and rentals, showing the date when application is made, the days upon which the premises are to be used, the name of the applicant and the purpose for which the premises are to be used 945.04 MAYOR'S RIGHT TO REFUSE PERMIT. The Mayor or his designee shall have the right to reject any application if the Mayor believes in good faith that the purposes for which the premises sought to be used and rented will be used for any illegal or immoral purpose, or that their use and occupancy by the applicant will result in excessive noise, destruction of real or personal property in or about such premises, or otherwise be detrimental to the public health, safety and welfare of the inhabitants of the City. 945.05 FEES. Fees for the use and rental of the North Olmsted Community Cabin and the North Olmsted Senior Center shall be fixed by the Mayor with the approval of City Council. The Fee
