the continuing professional relationship between the City and the law firm of Johnson, <br />Miller & Schmitz LLP, and the Mayor be and he hereby is authorized to enter into a <br />contract with Johnson, Miller & Schmitz LLP, to provide labor negotiator services to the <br />City for the City's labor contracts with terms ending in 2011 and 2012. <br />SECTION 2: That the said contract shall be in final form and substance <br />substantially the same as the Agreement for Labor Negotiator and Outside Legal Services <br />attached to this Ordinance as "Exhibit A," with only such changes thereto in the form and <br />substance of the Agreement that are not substantially adverse to the City. The character <br />of any such changes as not being substantially adverse to the City shall be evidenced <br />conclusively by the execution of the Agreement by the Mayor and the approval of the <br />Agreement by the Director of Law.
