Incase Lessee fails to carry out any of the terms or conditions of this Lease, or for any reason <br />is unable to conduct its business at the leased space, Lessor may terminate this Lease on three (3) <br />days' written notice to Lessee. Upon such termination, all rights of Lessee to occupy or use the leased <br />space shall end, and Lessee and all of its officers, agents, and employees shall at once vacate the <br />space quietly and peacefully.
