EXHIBIT CHAPTER 941 Refuse Collection 941.01 Classifications established 941.02 Regulation of placing garbage or rubbish in setback, right-of-way and other areas abutting public streets. 941.03 Storage of refuse - commercial establishments 941.04 Placement and collection of recyclable materials 941.05 Accumulation of garbage and refuse as nuisance 941.01 Classifications established (a) There are hereby established three distinct classifications relating to the collection of refuse which shall be designated as follows: Single-family residential Multi-family residential; and Commercial. (b) The classifications as indicated in subsection (a) hereof shall be defined as follows: (1) Single-familv residential. All residential structures used and maintained as single-family residences which shall include single-family and two-family structures, two-story attached condominium structures, as well as other structures permitted to be kept and maintained in the zoning classification designated Residence District as specified in the City Zoning Code. This classification shall also include churches, schools and other similar institutions, all of which are permitted in a Residence District under the City Zoning Code. (2) Multi-familv residential. All residential structures used and maintained as apartment houses, boarding houses, motels, hotels and condominiums in excess of two stories, which shall include all apartment structures which house and maintain more than two-family units, boarding houses, motels, hotels and condominiums in excess of two stories. (3) Commercial establishments. All structures kept and maintained for the carrying on of commerce either wholesale or retail, which shall include all structures kept and maintained in accordance with the uses permitted by the zoning classifications of local retail, general retail and limited industry as well as office buildings.
