(c) The City will provide refuse pick-up service for single-family residential structures and
<br />multi-family residential structures (collectively "Residential Structures")
<br />that are in compliance with the provisions of Chapter 941, in accordance with
<br />the following regulations:
<br />(1) Residential Structures. The City will provide refuse pick-up service for a-N
<br />residential structures located on dedicated streets in the City in accordance with schedules and
<br />regulations adopted by the Department of Public Service. All refuse shall be placed in °??
<br />t._,°„+y ga"on een*a;n°rs ar- p'as*;^bart° or- o+containers acceptable to the Director of Public
<br />Service. Such containers wh°„ f•" sha" fie* ° °a ° x*y pounas ° eh ; ° gh+ ana shall be
<br />placed along the dedicated right of way or right of way to be dedicated in the future, prior to the
<br />time of scheduled collection.
<br />(2) Commercial and Other Structures establistune . The City will not provide
<br />refuse pick-up service for commercial structures establishme as defined herein, churches,

<br />941.02 REGULATION OF PLACING GARBAGE OR RUBBISH IN SETBACK,
<br />RIGHT-OF-WAY AND OTHER AREAS ABUTTING PUBLIC STREETS
<br />(a) Except as permitted within subsection (b) hereof, no owner or occupier of any
<br />multifamily residential structure pfepeA or commercial structure °°*°b'ishm°within the
<br />City shall place or store, cause to be placed or stored or permit to be placed or stored, garbage ar
<br />rubbish or any receptacle containing or designed to contain garbage or rubbish, including but not
<br />limited to dumpsters, garbage cans and rubbish cans, within any of the following areas of the
<br />property or establishment:
<br />(1) Setback area, as defined within Section 1115.01 (63) (73) of the Zoning Code;
<br />(2) Any area not defined as a setback, but which nevertheless directly abuts a public
<br />street;
