(b) The Golf Course Manager and the Clubhouse Manager at Springvale are each <br />authorized to sign checks for purchases of beer, wine and other liquor at Springvale from the <br />"Springvale Special" Interest Checking Account with a maximum balance of five thousand <br />dollars ($5,000) to be maintained. The Golf Course Manager has responsibility to maintain an <br />accurate accounting and ensure that only authorized purchases are made from this account. <br />SHALL BE AMENDED AND AS AMENDED SHALL READ IN ITS ENTIRETY AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br />135.05 AUTHORITY OF OTHER CITY EMPLOYEES TO SIGN CHECKS. <br />(a) The Assistant Director of Finance is hereby authorized to sign checks on behalf of <br />the City, but only in the event the Director of Finance is absent from the City. <br />(b) The Facility Operations <br />Manager and Event Coordinator at Springvale are each authorized to sign checks for <br />purchases of beer, wine and other liquor at Springvale from the "Springvale Special" Interest <br />Checking Account with a maximum balance of , nine thousand <br />dollars ($9,000.00) to be maintained.
