(b) Notwithstanding other fees contained herein, any violator of Section 351.20(b)(1) shall pay <br />a fine of fifty dollars ($50.00) without costs. <br />(c) Unless a different penalty is expressly provided for in another section of this chapter, <br />whoever violates any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. If a parking <br />ticket is not paid within a seventy-two hour period pursuant to the procedure provided in <br />paragraph (a), then the Police Department shall issue at least one (1) written communication to <br />the registered owner of the motor vehicle that was issued the parking ticket, at the address of <br />registration on record with the Bureau of Motor Vehicles, and therein advise the registered <br />owner of the unpaid parking ticket. Such written communication shall be forwarded by regular <br />mail and shall further advise that any unpaid parking ticket will be forwarded to the Rocky River <br />Municipal Court or the City of North Olmsted Mayor's Court, by a date specific, not less than <br />ten (10) days from the date of such correspondence, for further proceedings and prosecution of <br />the parking violation, subject to the imposition of Court costs. Unpaid parking violations may <br />then proceed to Rocky River Municipal Court or the City of North Olmsted Mayor's Court <br />upon the issuance of a uniform traffic citation and subject to all procedures therein. Such parking <br />violations thereafter shall be subject to the penalties provided in this chapter, or if no specific <br />penalty is provided for a section of this chapter, then in accordance with Section 303.99. <br />SECTION 2: That any ordinance, or part of ordinance, in conflict or inconsistent with <br />this Ordinance, is, to the extent of any such conflict or inconsistency, repealed.
