<br />SECTION 2: That the salary to be paid to the Director of Finance for the term
<br />commencing January 1, 2014 and ending December 31, 2017, shall be as follows:
<br />Effective January 1, 2014 through December 31 , 2014 -$94,810.00;
<br />Effective January l, 2015 through December 31 , 2015 -$96,706.00;
<br />Effective January 1, 2016 through December 31 , 2016 -$98,640.00;
<br />Effective January 1, 2017 through December 31 , 2017 -$100,613.00.
<br />SECTION 3: That the salary to be paid to the Director of Law for the term
<br />commencing January 1, 2014 and ending December 31, 2017, shall be as follows:
<br />Effective January 1, 2014 through December 31, 2014 -$59,990.00;
<br />Effective January 1, 2015 through December 31, 2015 -$61,189.00;
<br />Effective January 1, 2016 through December 31, 2016 -$62,413.00;
<br />Effective January 1, 2017 through December 31, 2017 -$63,661.00.
<br />SECTION 4: That the salary to be paid to the President of Council for the term
<br />commencing January 1, 2014 and ending December 31, 2017, shall be as follows:
<br />Effective January 1, 2014 through December 31, 2014 -$12,742.00
<br />Effective January 1, 2015 through December 31, 2015 -$12,996.00
<br />Effective January l, 2016 through December 31, 2016 -$13,256.00
<br />Effective January 1, 2017 through December 31, 2017 -$13,521.00
<br />SECTION 5: That the salary to be paid to the Council Members for Ward I,
<br />Ward II, Ward III and Ward IV for the term commencing January l, 2014 and ending
<br />December 31, 2017, shall be as follows:
<br />Effective January 1, 2014 through December 31, 2014 -$12,742.00
<br />Effective January 1, 2015 through December 31, 2015 -$12,996.00
<br />Effective January 1, 2016 through December 31, 2016 -$13,256.00
<br />Effective January 1, 2017 through December 31, 2017 -$13,521.00
<br />SECTION 6: That in addition to the salaries specified in Section 1, 2 and 3
<br />hereof, the City of North Olmsted shall provide Health Care coverage in an amount and
<br />to the extent that such coverage is provided to non-bargaining unit administrative
<br />employees.
<br />SECTION 7: That the compensation as specified herein are being established
<br />only for the purpose of complying with the Charter requirements as outlined in Article
