Please note that fees for use of the available properties database (Development Xchange) will be <br />billed separately. Fees for Development Xchange will be billed as a monthly service fee of $60. From <br />time-to-time, I may subcontract certain technical tasks such as GIS mapping in order to provide the city <br />access to the most up-to-date technology and techniques. In addition, I will charge for all reasonable <br />out of pocket expenses including, for example, travel, data purchases, printing, copying, etc. I will get <br />your approval before billing any expenses. <br />Service Term <br />The length of service will be for two years from the date of final execution of a service contract between <br />the City and M63 Consulting. <br />.?. <br />I will continue to work directly with you to identify and agree on all of our work tasks and to delivery all <br />work products.
