Any excess remaining after reimbursement of costs and payment of charges for such work, shall be returned to the applicant not sooner than six months following satisfactory performance in completion of restoration work to the satisfaction of the City Engineer as provided above. 901.06 INSUFFICIENT DEPOSIT.
