(d) The Director of Finance, or his/her designee; <br />(e) One individual appointed jointly by the North Olmsted Board of <br />Education and the Polaris Joint Vocational School District; and <br />( fl Two members of the public appointed by the Mayor with the concurrence <br />of the City Council. <br />At least four members of the TIRC shall be residents of the City of North <br />Olmsted, and at least one of the two public members appointed by the Mayor shall be a <br />minority. As used in this section, a"minority" is an individual who is African-American, <br />Hispanic, or Native American. Notwithstanding the foregoing provisions, if a member of <br />the North Olmsted Housing Council is appointed to membership on the TIRC, then his or <br />her term on the TIRC shall expire on the same date that his/her term on the North <br />Olmsted Housing Council expires.
