City. North Olmsted Gymnastics shall take immediate remedial action and <br />report to the City. <br />9. Obtain and maintain general sports liability insurance for gymnastic <br />instruction activities with policy limits of one million/two million and which <br />names the City of North Olmsted as "an additional Insured" party and <br />provides the City with notice of cancellation. <br />The City shall: <br />1. Make the gym area available for Instructor's programs during all hours <br />when the Recreation Complex is open. The City will be entirely <br />responsible for maintenance of and any improvements to the building and <br />its facility, with the exception of the spring floor, which the City shall only <br />be responsible for keeping clean. North Olmsted Gymnastics shall be <br />responsible for the maintenance and repair of all other gymnastics <br />equipment used at the Recreation Complex which North Olmsted <br />Gymnastics presently owns or subsequently acquires. <br />2. Assist in advertising programs conducted by Instructor, including providing <br />space in seasonal brochures published by the City for publicity of North <br />Olmsted Gymnastics programs. The City reserves the right to identify <br />North Olmsted Gymnastics as an independent contractor in any and all <br />such promotional materials and shall provide North Olmsted Gymnastics <br />with an opportunity to review such disclaimer language. <br />3. Register students in classes conducted by North Olmsted Gymnastics, <br />and collect fees charged by North Olmsted Gymnastics, provided that <br />such programs and the fee schedule are previously approved by the City. <br />4. Be responsible for cleaning all mats, vacuuming all carpeting in the gym <br />area and cleaning all floor areas. <br />5. Provide reasonable access to office equipment and reasonable amounts <br />of office supplies. <br />6. Grant North Olmsted Gymnastics access to and use of any and all <br />gymnastic equipment in the gym area for use during any and all programs <br />operated herein. Further, the City shall review any scheduling changes or <br />conflicts with North Olmsted Gymnastics so that established and <br />scheduled gymnastics programs are not relocated or restricted from <br />access to the area and equipment as a result of such scheduling of other <br />programs.
