thereof, none of which may be released as public records without CONTRACTOR' S <br />waiver of privilege and trade secret. <br />CONTRACTOR will conduct an orientation prior to administration of the <br />examination, at a time and place convenient for the CITY. Further, CONTRACTOR will <br />be responsible for the training, preparation and payment of independent assessors to <br />administer the Assessment Center, which may include licensed psychologists and other <br />professionals. The CITY may, subject to the Civil Service Commission's authorization, <br />participate in the Assessment Center orientation and/or assessment panel. The Civil <br />Service Commission may also participate directly in said orientation and/or assessment <br />panel <br />CONTRACTOR will administer the examination in accordance with the <br />directives of the CITY Civil Service Commission, including but not limited to the <br />selection of a mutually agreeable date not later than the time period permitted by law. <br />The examination may have both written and oral components, subject to such weight as <br />shall be determined by the Commission. Pursuant to such directives, the <br />CONTRACTOR shall meet with CITY administrators to conduct such job analysis as <br />CONTRACTOR deems necessary to prepare both written and oral examination <br />components based on the quantity of resource materials selected by the CITY.
