? <br />6. SUBMITTAL REQUIREMENTS <br />All proposals shall contain the following: <br />? <br />A. Consultant Qualifications <br />Identify the individual(s) who will work directly with the City, including any project <br />managers and key staff. Include a discussion of individual qualifications and <br />experience. Specify individual educational backgrounds, professional credentials and <br />certifications. <br />B. Related Experience <br />Describe relevant experiences with the required duties described in this RFP and <br />various services to be provided. Include client references where similar work was <br />performed. <br />C. Scope of Service <br />Describe the proposed scope of service which will address the City's needs as <br />described in this RFP. Also, estimate hours per week the consultant will be directly <br />involved in on-site or off-site work. <br />D. Budget <br />Provide a"not to exceed" fee estimate for the required services described in this RFP <br />based upon the estimated hours of work in C above. <br />7. EVALUATION AND CONSULTANT SELECTION <br />The City will assess the submissions based on the following criteria: <br />A. Demonstrated past performance of similar work <br />B. Experience and qualifications of key personnel assigned to project <br />C. Understanding of the position and its responsibilities <br />D. Approach to working cooperatively with the City <br />E. Current workload and capacity to perform the work <br />F. Budget and time commitment to the City <br />G. Other relevant factors as identified by the City
