. ?,,... <br />„ CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE NO. 2006-193 <br />BY: Mayor O'Grady <br />AN ORD/NANCE AMENDING THE RANGE OF COMPENSATION RATES AND SALARY RANGES <br />FOR THE VARIOUS ADMINISTRATIVE AND LEGISLATIVE PERSONNEL TO INCREASE THE <br />SALARY RANGE FOR THE NETWORK ADM/NISTRATOR, CREATE A STARTING RATE FOR THE <br />OUTREACH WORKER, MAKE THE STARTING RATE FOR ALL PART-TIME EMPLOYEES TO BE <br />AT LEAST M/N/MUM WAGE, AND TO OTHERWISE RE-STATE THE COMPENSATION RATE <br />RANGES FOR SAID VARIOUS ADM/NISTRATIVE AND LEGISLATIVE PERSONNEL FOR THE <br />YEARS 2006 AND 2007, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY, AS AMENDED. <br />WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 2004-164, adopted by this Council on December 21, 2004, as thereafter <br />amended from time to time, established the compensation rate ranges and benefits for the City's various <br />administrative and legislative personnel for the years 2004 through 2007; and <br />WHEREAS, it is the desire of this Council to increase the salary range for the Network Administrator in <br />order to provide appropriate compensation, similar to other government agencies, for 2006 and 2007 as <br />provided for in Section 7 of Ordinance No. 2004-164, as last amended, which presently reads as follows: <br />Section 7: That the following salary ranges are hereby established for various employees in the Department <br />of Human Resources. The salaries in this Section shall be determined by the Director of Human Resources <br />and the Mayor as appropriate. <br />FROM <br />TO <br />A. Network Administrator <br />B.
