WHEREAS, it is also the desire of this Council to make the starting rate for all part-time employees to
<br />be at least minimum wage in order to be in compliance with the laws of the State of Ohio; and therefore,
<br />it is accordingly necessary to amend Sections 8, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, and 15 of Ordinance No. 2004-164,
<br />as most recently amended.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED,
<br />COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO.
<br />SECTION 1: That Sections 7, 8, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14 and 15 of Ordinance No. 2004-164, as set forth
<br />above and in the most recent amendment to Ordinance No. 2004-164, are hereby amended, as set forth
<br />below:
<br />SECTION 2: That the following salary ranges of Ordinance No. 2004-164, as it has been from time to
<br />time thereafter amended, are hereby established or restated, as applicable:
<br />Section 1: That the following salary ranges are hereby established for administrative and legislative
<br />personnel of the City of North Olmsted. The salaries in this Section shall be determined by the Mayor as
<br />appropriate.
